About Me

I’m an award-winning journalism graduate from UT Austin with a love for people-focused writing and video. Throughout my time at Austin Community College and UT Austin I’ve gathered experience in filming, editing, researching, interviewing, and writing.

As a former film major, I put creativity first and strive to make everything I create unforgettable.

My time at the The Austin Chronicle and Afterglow has given me extensive experience in music journalism, including coverage of festivals like Austin City Limits Music Festival, South by Southwest, and the Austin Blues Festival. I’ve interviewed numerous musicians, including national touring acts, and reviewed albums by artists such as Charley Crockett.
